By using the Inguillo Art website and purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Products

All products are limited-run collectibles. Preorders are fulfilled after the ordering window closes. Quantities are not guaranteed beyond what is ordered during the preorder period.

Payments

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Commerce. We do not store your payment information.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the limited-run nature of our products, all sales are final once the preorder window closes. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Shipping

Orders are shipped after production is complete. Estimated timelines will be communicated via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

SMS and Email Communications

By signing up for SMS or email updates you agree to receive communications from Inguillo Art. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or clicking unsubscribe in any email.

SMS Data and Consent

We will not share your text message opt-in or consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging service. We may share this data with vendors who help us deliver text messages, including platform providers and phone companies.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, characters, and designs are original works by Christian Inguillo and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any designs without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Inguillo Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
